hit The Moet et Chandon marquee was a picture of understated elegance. Bill Henson designed the interior, which was swathed in onekilometre of green silk that had been custom-dyed to match his moody landscape photographs. Guests were given tasting plates by Vue de Monde's talented chef, Shannon Bennett, that slipped onto the thumb and also held a glass of the marquee sponsor's bubbly. Ingenious.
miss It was quite dark inside, which sometimes made it hard to spot people when everyone was in silhouette. But then again, some celebrities used it as relief from the madding crowd.SH and GTN
